"From the planning and design to the details and completion date, our Tiger home exceeded our expectations…

My wife and I decided to build in Brandon when we were transferred from Winnipeg last year. At first, we were discouraged by the value and quality of homes in our price range, that’s when we talked to Don and Rick.

Our first impression was very good. Don and Rick gave us information to take back to Winnipeg and gave us advice on floor plans, location and value for our budget. When we started to plan, Don and Rick gave us tremendous flexibility and made sure we had the final say on all details. Then construction started, and Mother Nature would not cooperate. But, Don and Rick kept us in the loop on progress and forged ahead.

Once the framing started Don and Rick directed us to their team of painters, flooring experts and lighting specialists and it was a matter of making some decisions and off they went. When we started to see it come together our biggest surprise was how fast they got us into the house. In the end, the only regret we had was not making our home big enough to accommodate our growing family. We will definitely talk to Don and Rick again when we start planning our next home."
